若いエンジニアにて構成されたチームを率い、ハイパワーの中電圧ドライブ(high power medium voltage AC drives)を開発する。
1.マルチレベルインバーター設計及び製品検査(multilevel inverter design and product verification)
2.モータードライブのコントロールとモジュレイション。H-bridgeのカスケードマルチレベルインバーター(cascaded multilevel inverters)についての経験があれば尚可。
仕事内容
Expert Consultant for Motor control and modulation
The control platform comprises DSP, I/Os, measurement board, HMI, CPLD, and optical fiber links, which shall be designed, properly integrated and tested to ensure quality of the hardware and firmware code. The consultant shall provide expert advice on the design and testing of these boards, including guiding the specification and implementation of monitoring, fault protection functions, and diagnosis for easy troubleshooting in the field. Advanced control algorithms including sensorless control and vector control shall be implemented to ensure high operating performance of the drive and motor. Fast PWM modulation for multilevel inverter operation shall be implemented in the controller's FPGA. The consultant working in these topics shall contribute to the following aspects of the design:
・Develop and review control specifications
・Provide expert opinion on control system design and simulation
・Develop motor control algorithms for speed control (including sensorless control)
・Provide know-how on AC induction motor D-Q and slip control models using MATLAB/Simulink
・Define performance tests for motor control system, including the hardware platform and firmware
・Provide expert opinion during design reviews concerning the development of motor control system
・Provide expert opinion on modulation techniques, including impact on harmonics, common-mode noise, and losses in the system, as well as implementation of the modulation strategy in the FPGA
・Advise on the development of algorithms to improve failure diagnosis in AC motors and other critical components of the system
・Be familiar with code development and matlab real-time workshop
Experience Required - Motor Control and Modulation
・Degree in Electrical Engineering with work related to control of converters applied to variable speed drives and 10+ years of experience in the field
・Knowledgeable on the application principles and control of electronic converters to specify, develop, and test variable speed AC drives
・Strong knowledge on using MATLAB/Simulink to design, develop, and test control systems
・Experience in designing and developing control systems for voltage source AC inverters
・Experience in developing motor control algorithms, including vector control and sensorless speed control, and multilevel modulation techniques including carrier-based PWM and space vector
・Familiar with implementation of various motor drive functions such as ride through power loss, flying start, torque boost, slip compensation, auto-tuning, and other general-purpose functions
