Responsible for SRAM bitcell project delivery
1. Mainstream BU SRAM bitcell technology roadmap
2. SRAM bitcell design and related process development
3. Support MKT/AM to engage with customers for specific requirement on SRAM bitcell to
win business
4. Technical management and team development

◆大学院卒以上 ◆業界経験8年以上 ◆ビジネス英語
Key experience in
a.Memory circuit design for CPU, compiler and OTP.
b.Experience of process integration is a plus.
c.Vccmin, low leakage, high-speed circuit design techniques, and HV reliability.
